The conference takes place in the attractive building of the Museum of Astronomy and Related Sciences (MAST), located within about 20 minutes drive from the main tourist areas of Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. This means that a bus transport will be organized every day in the morning and afternoon for all participants. Lunch will be available at MAST.

We have idenitified three hotels in Copacabana with conference discounts that you are advised to book: Dayrell Ouroverde (double room with view of the sea - U$ 135 + 15% taxes) Ibiza Copacabana Hotel (single/double - U$ 90 + 5% taxes) and Hotel Astória Copacabana ( single: U$ 100 plus tax , double U$112).

Note that the rates might be quoted in Braizilian Reais, and thus change according to the daily course.
